New EPIKGO electric skateboard features more power
EPIKGO has announced the launch of its latest device, the EPIKGO electric skateboard, which the company says features more power, speed, and two riding modes.
"After the initial success of our EPIKGO Self-Balancing Boards, we decided that it was time to usher in the new generation of mobile transportation technology to the forefront," said Brian Westphal, EPIKGO's CMO. "With this electric skateboard, we managed to maintain our core values of safety and performance while introducing an all new way to Go Anywhere."
Epikgo says that with the board’s dual wheel motors, the personal transportation device can reach speeds up to 25 mph (40 km/h). The board weighs 16.5 lb (7.5 kg), is designed to scale slopes up to 30°, and can travel up to 10 mi (16 km) on a single charge.
The bamboo-constructed skateboard features intelligent internal sensors and auto-brake awareness. The electric board has a wireless remote that has two speeds and a reversible option.
The EPIKGO electric skateboard is priced at $799.99 and is available at Amazon or the official EPIKGO website as well as certain retailers.
